Under 15 B1 Ballybrack Boys 2-5 PRFC
Played on the excellent All-Weather surface in blazing sunshine both teams served up a real scorcher in Ballybrack. The home team were lively in the first 20 minutes and went 1-0 up when a defensive lapse let the centre forward in. Both keepers had to pull off great saves as Rangers pressed for the equaliser and Ballybrack continued to probe. Ranger did dominate the latter stages of the half and were unfortunate when the home team scored early in the second half for a 2-0 lead. However the lads have shown great character all season and when Chulainn scored to reduce the arrears the Parmo lads were encouraged. Paul hit a great equaliser and Scott's solo effort between two unfortunate OG's created by strong pressure put the lads out of sight and well on the way to 2nd place in the league. An outstanding performance on a difficult day by all 14 lads involved.
