Rangers were denied a well deserved point by a late winner from the visitors. Rangers competed well throughout the game with a man of the match performance from Gary Creevey in defence. Naas took the lead before halftime with a well taken penalty. Rangers equalised early in the second half with Owen Petticrew's penalty. A draw looked on the cards in an even contest, but a well struck shot 5 mins from the end saw Naas secure the win. Rangers came close at the death as Scott McLoughlin was just wide following an excellent run from Ross Bolger. Hard luck on Rangers but if they can maintain this standard of performance they will move up the table

Palmerstown Rangers entertained league leaders Bohemians in a real "6 pointer" at Mill Lane. Rangers started strongly and put the visitors 100% record to the test as they pushed forward strongly. The lads took the lead on the stroke of half time when Jamie Corcoran picked the ball up in midfield and dribbled towards the Bohemians box before unleashing a bullet strike to the corner of the net. The second half was a cagey affair with defences on top. Rangers were upset by a few injuries and Bohemians pushed for an equaliser towards the full time whistle. The Bohemians equaliser arrived in Injury time when the ball hit the underside of the bar before it was deflected into the net. Bohemians were relieved to escape with a draw and maintain their lead over Rangers.
