Under 12 - Celbridge 3 v Palmerstown Rangers 1
The Under 12’s continue to struggle for results and were unlucky to come away from Celbridge pointless. Playing with the wind in the first half Rangers had 3 clear cut chances but were rocked when Celbridge scored on the break with their first attack. The guys stuck to their task and Owen Petticrew scored from the spot after Amy Conroy was taken down by the goalkeeper. Rangers had a back to the wall task for the second half against the gale force wind and looked comfortable for the first 20 minutes. However a defensive error saw a long free kick take a bounce over the keeper Sarah Jane and into the net. As Rangers pushed for a deserved equaliser in the closing minutes they were caught on the break and Celbridge sealed their win.

Under 15B - Palmerstown Rangers 0 v Willows 0
The Under 15B’s had their second consecutive goalless draw following a frustrating game with Willows. Despite some good pressure and efforts from Keith Weekes in particular they could find no way past a resolute Willows rearguard. Whilst the management team will be happy with the defensive effort from the lads their will be extra shooting practice lined up for this week.
