It only seems like last week when the season finished...well it was for some of us in the club.
In May when the season finished for most our teams,we had set out many things and ways we wish to improve for the upcoming year.  We were looking to increase the number of teams by up to four this year.  And YES we succeeded with three teams - 7`s,10`s and 18`s.  We would like to wish all new players at all levels the very best for their new teams and we extend a warm welcome to the new mangers who have come on board.
We also have to say goodbye to some great friends of the club who have hung up the boots with prfc.  Firstly to Bernard and Maura Deegan who between them have given many many hours in various roles from team management to treasurer.  To Noel dempsey who after 13 years has moved on also and all at the club would like to wish Noel all the best in his new role.  To Joe Hedderman and Colm Birkett who have managed for many years also.

Most teams are begining to come back to pre season and in doing so are reminded to pre book friendlies before arranging them.  All teams are reminded about bringing their waste bottles in bins and not at pitch side and if there is litter please pick it up and dispose in bins.

Old Mobile Phones Wanted

All Players and Parents/Guardians - PRFC are requesting any old or unwanted mobile phones that you might have.  The aim is to get soccer equipment in return and our target is 175 handsets.  Please contact your manager if you have an old mobile phone or drop them into the Mill Lane clubhouse where a box will be provided.

Secretary's End of Season Report 2009/2010

Well another season over and done with and how it went by so quick.  The weather was crazy,we had snow,rain sunshine and high winds and that was just one of the days!!  So here is  my final report summing up the teams and how they performed
